The Unicorn [Demo]

After a run of covers, here's something different: an original tune. And not just any original: one I actually finished.

Like a lot of people who play, I have dozens of half-finished songs lying around: riffs, chord loops, and fragments that sounded great one evening and then sat untouched on a hard drive. This one could easily have joined them.

Then my son heard it and said it reminded him of a unicorn near a waterfall. That image stuck with me. It gave the song a direction and was enough to push me to finish it. She's still in there, somewhere.

Slow rock, spacy guitars, half asleep.

Everything you hear was written, performed, recorded, and mixed by me at home in Montréal between September and October 2026. It's still a demo, so expect it to evolve.
